Há dois possíveis métodos para se obter as gemas, um deles é através dos monstros Fiendish que podem aparecer em qualquer monstro normal pelo mapa.
Nos monstros Fiendish é possível pegar as gemas do Nível Lesser, e também a Artisan's Gem.
Também é possível pegar essas gemas em bosses que spawnam através de invasões ou mecânicas de quests, e seu loot rate é um pouco maior do que as dropadas de monstros Fiendish.

There are two possible methods to obtain the gems. One is through Fiendish monsters, which can appear in any normal monster on the map.
Fiendish monsters can drop Lesser level gems and also the Artisan's Gem.
It is also possible to obtain these gems from bosses that spawn through invasions or quest mechanics, with a slightly higher drop rate than from Fiendish monsters.

Existem quatro tipos de gemas que podem ser dropadas dos monstros "Fiendish" e dos bosses:

Através da Forja de Gemas, é possível forjar gemas nível 2, conhecidas como Greater.
Com 10 gemas lesser em mãos, basta você ir até a Forja de Gemas localizada junto a Forja. Posicione as gemas nas mesas de cristais e interaja com o cristal no meio da sala, então o processo de fusão irá acontecer.
Caso as 10 gemas sejam do mesmo tipo, ela irá forjar uma gema Greater do tipo colocado nas mesas. Caso você coloque gemas aleatórias, ele irá aleatoriezar a gema forjada. Caso haja mais gemas de um tipo do que dos outros, a chance de vir uma Greater daquele tipo será maior.

Through Gem Forging, it is possible to forge level 2 gems, known as Greater.
With 10 lesser gems in hand, just go to the Gem Forge located next to the Forge. Place the gems on the crystal tables and interact with the crystal in the middle of the room, then the fusion process will happen.
If the 10 gems are of the same type, it will forge a Greater gem of the type placed on the tables. If you place random gems, it will randomize the forged gem. If there are more gems of one type than the others, the chance of a Greater of that type being found will be greater.

Se um item com slot de gema for colocado no market ou for adicionado um Tier, o slot de gema e a gema de atributo serão perdidos.
